New Administrative Assistant

Steve Ortiz is LARHF’s new Administrative Assistant. Steve was the Administrative Coordinator for the City of South El Monte for five years. He was responsible for creating, developing, planning and implementing social and recreational activities. He then moved on to work for the City of El Monte as a Clerk Specialist preparing and administering program budgets.

At LARHF his responsibilities include the administration of the membership program, scanning and entering metadata information for photographs, negatives, 35mm slides and ephemera, maintaining the library and collection of miniature rail models.
